POLICIES
As of January 1st, 2023 all guests will require a card on file. Please respect my time as I respect yours. You will be asked to save your card info when you pay you set up your profile on Square. Please make sure to pay with the card you'd like to keep on file. If you do not save a card on file, your request will not be accepted.

1.| Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy |
I take each guests time very seriously, as I do my own. This timeframe will allow for me to fill your spot and make someone elses day by getting them in a little earlier! If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Any less time does not give my other guests or myself, enough time to make arrangements. This includes illness.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the base service booked.
*Cancel/Reschedule DAY OF will result in a charge of 100% of the service booked that day.
Ex: If you are scheduled for an 8 week retouch ($85), you will be charged $42.50.
2.|Adjusting Services|
Guests are booked for time according to the services scheduled. Guests altering services within 48 hours of of the appointment time to decrease services rendered (ex: getting a tone when a full color service has been scheduled) will still be charged the full service booked. Please alter your services 48+ hours in advance.
3.| No call, No show |
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your card will automatically be charged 100% of the base service booked.

4. |Tardiness|
Again, I completely understand that things happen. Please text the suite phone (414)301-1767 if you are going to be late. I will always try to make things work but if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to adjust your appointment or reschedule.
*No action on the card will be taken unless any of the above occur.

My goal is for you to love your hair! If you are having any challenges with your cut or color simply e-mail Vivloveshair@gmail.com within 48 hours of your visit and I will be happy to assist you with an adjustment to any reasonable issue.

In the event you have chosen to adjust it at home, or by anyone other than Taylor Vivian, the service adjustment policy is null and void and service charges will apply.
Refunds
The Mane by Viv does not offer refunds on services or products. Per manufacturer and salon policies, all sales are final and non-refundable.
